Dr. Ing. Stefano Vassena

He received his degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Milan in 1992. Since that time he has always worked as an Insurance Surveyor and was an employee of ”Ing. Roberto Cincotti srl” until he became a partner of “Cincotti & Partners – Associazione Professionale” in 2006 and, finally, in 2009 a founding partner of C & P s.r.l. of which he is the CEO.

  • He passed the National Qualifying Examination and, since 1994, is enrolled in the Order of Engineers of the Province of Milan, as number 17973.
  • Senior Member of A.I.P.A.I. (Associazione Italiana Periti Assicurativi Incendio e Rischi Diversi – Italian Association of Insurance Surveyors for Fire and Other Risks) with Level II ELAE Qualification (the maximum possible).
  • Advanced Degree “Master in Insurance Engineering” from the Polytechnical University of Milan (1996-1998).
  • He took courses organized by CINEAS at the Polytechnical University of Milan under the patronage of the Civil Defence Service in : ”Assessment of damages due to seismic events” (2001) and “Assessment of damages due to hydro-geological events” (2006).
